The goal of DCM is to provide products or services that best meet customers’ needs and expectations. Management is therefore aware of its duty on data protection to ensure that appropriate storage and measures are implemented to handle information provided by customers and performed in compliance with data protection best practices.
Below presents our general principles undertaken to protect and maintain confidential information and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies:
- DCM will adopt and comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to data privacy
- DCM will keep record of the latest and accurate information provided by customer. This will be done strictly on necessity and appropriately use for the purpose the information was collected
- Implement regulatory requirements designed to handle customers’ information. This process shall be subjected to periodic review and making revisions continuously to optimize DCM systems for the prevention of information leaks
- When it is necessary to collect, utilize and provide personal information, DCM will do so in strict adherence to the established guidelines and regulations, and carefully control the use of such information
- DCM will continuously implement controls aimed at preventing unauthorized access, data loss or destruction, unauthorized revision or leakage, and also act in good faith to correct any data errors that may occur
DCM will further perform regular audits to ensure the regulatory compliance is implemented at every level of its activities.
